Where to find us
(04) 385 0745 is the number for all three, any hour of the day or night. Ring it and we’ll put you through to whoever you need.
Wellington City. 306 Willis Street, on the edge of the CBD, with a second entrance from Aro Street. Onsite parking for up to 21 cars, with spaces reserved for immediate family. Step-free access and ramps from the carpark, and an accessible bathroom.
Hours: 8.30am to 5pm
Johnsonville. 7 Johnsonville Road, our northern suburbs chapel, a few minutes’ walk from the bus hub and the train station. Onsite parking for eight cars. Handy for Johnsonville, Newlands, Khandallah, Churton Park and Tawa. Funerals are held in the chapel here. To sit down with a funeral director at the office, we will arrange an appointment for you.

Karori. 89 Karori Road, opposite Karori Cemetery. There’s parking, and the office here opens by appointment. The building is not step-free and does not have an accessible toilet. We will arrange a meeting time and an accessible location that suits your family.

What happens when you call
We will gently ask where the person is now and whether a doctor has attended. From there, we can explain what needs to happen next.
Then we’ll arrange a time to sit down with you, usually that day or the next.
There is nothing you need to prepare before calling. We will guide the conversation and make sure you have the information and support you need.
